This a small four channel confocal 3D volume. The four flourescence channels are, in order, DAPI, Phalloidin-A488, AQP2 and AQP1. The volume contains a crosssection of a glomerulus, vessels and a field of proximal tubules, putative distal convoluted tubules and collecting duct.
